Attend a six-week series led by a skilled facilitator in a small group setting to discuss the grief process, types of grieving, reactions to loss, depression vs. grief, identity reconstruction, and grief resources. This program is presented in a faith-neutral and non-judgmental environment intended to welcome everyone who has experienced a loss. This intimate setting is a safe place to share and to start the healing process of grief’s complicated journey.
