The’Lectrics ALBUM RELEASE & Jam Session LIVE at The Rosebud. $15. All Ages. Doors 6pm, Show 7pm. Indie Rock, Alternative, Jam. The’Lectrics are a 3 piece indie-rock band hailing from Roseburg, Oregon in the PNW, heavily influenced by indie-rock and grunge from the 90’s and early 2000’s like Pixies, Weezer, The Strokes, and Radiohead. Ranging from heartfelt ballads to distorted punk rock, The’Lectrics bring an eclectic guitar, bass, and drums sound that has evolved over the last 7 years.

With their comedic brotherly banter, impeccable harmonic expression, and widely varying influences, a Brothers Reed performance will have you reflecting on lost lives and lovers, laughing hysterically, and leaving completely entertained. The bros will soothe your soul with songs that are familiar yet original. Whether they are finger picking their way through a lamentable ballad or bringing you around full-speed with a barn-burning bluegrass number, The Brothers Reed are masters of their craft.

Saturday, April 25th, BendreTheGiant and The Mother Smuckers are performing live at The Rosebud Theatre in Roseburg, OR. Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 8pm. Tickets are $10 for presale and $15 at the door.

combobox LIVE at The Rosebud, w/ Sellout, James & The Lost Dogs. $15. Doors 6pm, Show 7pm. Portland’s combobox makes precision-cut, high-energy alt-punk they’ve nicknamed spankwave, with songs that snap, grin, and go. Imagine the nervy angles and deadpan wit of Talking Heads colliding with the hair-trigger dynamics of System of a Down. Modern peers include Gustaf and early Bloc Party. The writing is compact, with most tracks landing well under three minutes, and the live show mirrors that economy. Minimal time between songs; maximum momentum. Crowds skank, a little pit bubbles up, and the band’s black and white jumpsuit uniform turns the stage into a blinking logo. Lyrically, combobox lives where big human feelings meet their own absurdity.
