ZERO Quarterly Event
A day of stewardship and fun with TKO, NWTA, WTF, and more! We'll be doing a shortened trail work day (8:30-1:30) as an individual crew followed by optional food and celebration with the other TKO crew and crews from other trail stewardship organizations (2:30-4:00). The exact work isn't known yet, but it is likely to include brushing, basic tread maintenance, and drainage feature maintenance. For these we'll use loppers and hand saws as well as digging tools like grubbers, McLeods, and shovels.
Hosted by SOLVE in partnership with the Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative, this is your chance to help create a cleaner, greener PDX. Join us for a litter cleanup event where we’ll beautify the neighborhood by removing trash and recycling bottles and cans found during the effort. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their filled Green Bags from home to drop off for processing at the Redemption Center and take home one (or more!) of SOLVE’s Blue Bags following the event. Any beverage containers found during the cleanup will be donated to SOLVE. ♻️ It’s a fun and impactful way to: Divert litter from waterways and landfills, Promote sustainability, Connect with your community.
Join the ZERO Coalition for our Quarterly Meeting as we reflect on the progress and impact of our work through the first stretch of 2026. We’ll provide updates from the short legislative session, highlight key wins and challenges in advancing equitable building decarbonization, and share insights from ongoing policy, codes, and community engagement efforts. This session also sets the stage for what’s ahead, offering members a clear look at priorities and opportunities for the next phase of the year.
