This NORA Learning Lab will focus on how we attract, hire, and retain skilled talent in Northeast Oklahoma. Dr. Kyle Fee, Policy Advisor with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, and Steve Shepelwich, Lead Community Development Advisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in the Oklahoma City Branch Office, will lead an engaging, data-driven session examining the most difficult-to-fill jobs in regional manufacturing and the deeper trends driving the talent gap.
