History Events in Norman

Take a stroll down Main Street with our walking ghost tour of spooky tales from Norman history, including a few new bits about Griffin Memorial Hospital! Enjoy stories telling the strange side of our city's history: the barber still working the shop despite his grisly death 100 years ago, a gangster buried near his hideout just east of town, and haunted restaurants of Norman! Our tour will meet at the James Garner statue at the intersection of Main Street and the railroad tracks (10 W Main St, Norman, OK 73069) fifteen minutes before tour start time. The walking tour will last about 80 minutes and covers about eight-tenths of a mile on public sidewalks.
