This workshop will survey a variety of home composting techniques from the passive to active, and will include vermiculture. We'll examine the pro's and con's of each strategy, so you can find the system that best works for you.

This workshop will cover techniques for maintaining high productivity in your kitchen garden through the heat, and how to replant for a continuing harvest all the way to winter.
