Circle of Light is a guided collective self-healing experience designed to help you release the heaviness you no longer need, reconnect with your heart, restore sacral flow, and anchor into Earth Star. In this safe, sacred, and grounded space, we will gently explore practices that support emotional release, energetic purification, and embodied renewal. Through guided intention setting, heart-opening ceremony, and hands-on energy work facilitated by Svetlana and Mario Ruggeri, alongside intentional group connection, we (as individuals and as a collective) will focus on aligning the heart center, sacral energy, and Earth Star grounding point — supporting you in self-clearing emotional weight, releasing stagnant patterns, and restoring inner stability and flow.
