In this immersive module, we explore essential oils through an Ayurvedic and energetic lens, moving beyond 'what smells good' into how aroma influences the body, mind, and subtle systems. Together, we'll explore: This module blends knowledge with direct experience, helping you develop discernment, awareness, and confidence in working with aromatics.
In this advanced aromatherapy module, we move from understanding essential oils to working with them skillfully — blending with purpose, applying with awareness, and integrating subtle energy through marma therapy. Together, we’ll explore: This module is hands-on, experiential, and rooted in discernment and safety.
SHINE has been offering best-in-class trainings since 2011; working with thousands of clients and awarding hundreds of certifications. During this 90-minute workshop, we will indulge in yin poses that promote the flow of energy in our bodies while focusing on the fascia and other connective tissues. Poses are held anywhere from 2-7 minutes. The class will include mediation, tuning forks and healing assists. Candles, starlit room, palo santo, supportive props and blankets.
