Join us for this guided hike for all ages and enjoy the many spring flowers which blanket the forest floor. Forrest Woods Nature Preserve, one of the finest remnants of the historic Great Black Swamp, is home to 39 rare, threatened and endangered species of plants and animals. Registration is required. Limit 12. This free event is for all ages. We'll bring extra binoculars. Waterproof boots available to borrow at a first come, first served basis. If needed, indicate your size on the registration form. Please note that we will be walking through rustic, uneven, and very swampy terrain. Knee-high waterproof boots are recommended.
