Every year, 14 of Yale’s top singers are selected to be in the Whiffenpoofs, the world’s oldest and best-known collegiate a cappella group. Singing a mixture of old Yale tunes, jazz standards, and other hits from across the decades, the Whiffenpoofs perform more than 200 concerts across six continents each year.
Spend a wintery Sunday morning building your own puppet, taking in a creative puppet show, or both! Enjoy stories brought to life using nothing but cardboard and the power of your imagination! Puppeteer Brad Shur transforms simple cardboard shapes into elaborate puppet characters and brings them to life, wowing children of all ages. From 10am - 11am, audience members will enjoy a creative, whimsical puppet show all made from cardboard! After the show, 30 lucky ticket holders will get to work directly with Brad to build their own puppets from cardboard (perfect for early elementary students in grades K-3rd).
