What's On in Penfield

Learn lifesaving CPR and AED skills in a hands-on class open to both community members & medical professionals. Optional AHA certification. Sudden cardiac arrest claims hundreds of thousands of lives each year, and immediate CPR can double or triple survival. Penfield Webster EMS offers AHA Basic Life Support and Heartsaver CPR courses to help community members learn the skills needed to act quickly and confidently in an emergency. The class follows the latest American Heart Association guidelines and meets requirements for general employment, OSHA, healthcare providers, and USCG. No medical background is required. This instructor-led course includes hands-on practice, simulated scenarios, and skills testing with an AHA-certified instructor.

For Grades 3-5, this book club will feature the book Upside-Down Magic. Registration is required.
