Come, join us for a NEW string art workshop. Pick one of two themes. Coffee? Or wine? Join us for a fun new string art workshop! You’ll be working on a gray (already stained) 7” x 9” piece of wood. Various colors of thread will be available for you to choose from. Add an original touch by using just few coffee beans or wine corks to make your creation even more interesting! You’ll be guided step by step as you complete the project. No experience required! No experience necessary. All supplies will be provided. Each participant will receive a coupon for 10% off one regular-priced item up to $100, or 5% off one regular-priced item up to $1,000, at the shop, good for one week from the date of the class. Join us at Nest on Main for our Hands-On Sourdough Bread-Making Workshop with Reanna of Re's Bread! This format is fully hands-on, guiding participants through every step of the sourdough-making process. Each student will learn how to: Feed and maintain a sourdough starter, Mix their dough, Perform stretch-and-folds, Shape and score their dough. Each participant will take home: A jar of sourdough starter, A mixing bowl with the dough they make during class, which they’ll bake at home the next day, A printed sourdough guide with step-by-step instructions, A straight-edge razor for scoring their dough, Another pre prepared dough,which they’ll bake at home, A proofing basket. These trendy blankets don’t just look great, they feel great, too. No knitting experience is needed to take this class. No needles either, just your hands! All materials are included in the price of this class. An assortment of colors will be available to choose from. Each project will yield a blanket that is approximately 40” x 50%.
