Microwave headlines Knockdown Center at Knockdown Center. The event is 18+.

Groove Armada headlines the Main Hall on April 18. One of the most beloved acts to emerge from the 90's, the iconic duo of Tom Findlay and Andy Cato is responsible for some of the era's most classic tracks. From the woozy trip hop of "At the River" to the stone club classics "Superstylin'" and "I See You Baby," Groove Armada perfectly blended deep chill out with big beat and, of course, groovy house to craft indelible classics. In the 26+ years since their debut, they’ve continually established themselves as one of the most successful dance acts of all time.

DESCENDANTS makes their return to Knockdown Center to celebrate Afro Electronic music, lead by two of the most innovative Electronic Music producers of our time, South Africa’s Dlala Thukzin alongside Amapiano pioneer, South African Vigro Deep [Hybrid Set w/ Live Keys]. Support by our very own, the heartbeat of our experience Meedy & Pizzi, & New York born, Haitian artist Sabine Blaizin. Dlala Thukzin has taken the world by storm with massive singles such as ‘iPlan’, ‘Mali’, ‘Sohlala Sisonke’, & classics like ‘Phuze’. From innovating Gqom, to now a leading artist in Afro House, 3 Step & Afro Tech, Dlala Thukzin has proven to be a generational artist. Vigro Deep is most known for his ground-breaking ‘Ke Star’ with Focalistic, ‘Untold Stories’ and most recently tracks like ‘Fede’ & ‘Bhampa’. The now 24 year old producer is a pioneer of Amapiano and is widely credited as being responsible for taking the sound international. DESCENDANTS welcomes all to an expressive environment free of judgement. NO forms of harassment or discrimination will be tolerated. Expressive dress is favored but not required. See you on the dancefloor.

Groove Armada headlines the Main Hall joined by Marcellus Pittman and Rose Kourts on April 18. Pittman is one of the modern masters of deep, soulful house, with a discography that includes some of the most enduring entries of the last twenty five years. A paragon of his hometown's signature sound, he fuses a scuffed, eclectic approach with undeniably bumping funk. NY's own Rose Kourts completes the lineup, adding a dose of driving, vibrant techno-tinged power to the night.
