Art Events in Long Island City

Long Pose Figure Drawing sessions take place once a month. Come join our community and draw or paint the figure! A two-hour session where you can draw or paint the figure who will be holding One pose throughout the session! We've got some art materials available for purchase, and a few supplies to borrow just in case you forget your favorite sketchbook or pencil. Once the two hour posing session is done, feel free to stick around and meet some fellow artists and aspiring artists. No matter if you're a seasoned artist or a stick figure enthusiast, this event is for you. These events are therapeutic and meditative. Everyone is present and focused on the task at hand. You will leave feeling lighter on your feet and connected to the folks around you.
