They discuss how to establish team and technical agility and organize and re-organize around the flow of value. They also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Participants in the class explore the importance of adopting a customer-centric mindset and design thinking approach to agile product delivery. Learners also develop an understanding for implementing a Lean Portfolio Management function in their enterprise. Attending the class prepares individuals to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA)

DV 103: Advocacy and Community Response is an online educational event focusing on cultivating a coordinated community response to victims. It covers various systems designed to support or inform victims and provides insights into navigating these systems effectively as an advocate. The event is recommended for individuals with DV101 or extensive background in domestic violence.

This interactive virtual workshop is an opportunity to practice communicating strategically about something that matters to you. COMPASS trainers will guide you through techniques and tools that help you prepare for strategic communication, then support you as you apply what you’ve learned through facilitated group discussions and activities, including practice sessions with other participants in breakout rooms. By the end of the workshop, you will have a stronger understanding of the science behind science communication, a draft COMPASS Message Box of your own, on a topic of your choosing, and feedback on your draft messages from peers.
