Memorial Medical Center staff physical intervention class. This Handle with Care class is a course for those that have been previously trained in the online verbal Healthstream course. The class will cover key components from the online class to reinforce identification of signs of the escalating individual/s, how to verbally address, self-defense techniques, and physical interventions to assist in safety and de-escalation.
