Join us for a hands-on training where we will review the Heartsaver CPR curriculum and learn the essential skills needed to respond confidently in an emergency. This class is open to members of the public and is ideal for anyone who wants to be prepared to help a family member, friend, coworker, or community member in a life-threatening situation. Participants will receive instruction on recognizing cardiac arrest, performing high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, and using an automated external defibrillator (AED). The course will also cover how to respond to choking emergencies and provide guidance on basic first aid principles. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step with demonstrations and hands-on practice to ensure you feel comfortable applying these skills in real-world situations.
