This class will examine the influence of trauma on behavior and offer strategies to promote a culture of care that is trauma informed. With a better understanding of trauma and its function in behavioral patterns you and your team can develop informed approaches to better serve those who have experienced trauma.

Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach how to help an adolescent who is experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
Upon completion, participants receive an American Heart Association Heart Saver First Aid Course Completion Card, valid for two years.
Known as “an original U.S. MMA,” Bushidokan is deeply rooted in the history of American martial arts. Recognized worldwide for its self-defense, Bushidokan’s tactics have been tested in diverse situations including life-or-death defense by citizens, law enforcement, and elite military groups such as Green Berets, Rangers, Navy SEALs, and others. Men, women, children, law enforcement, and military are encouraged to attend. All are welcome!

Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training included. Please designate if you are a healthcare provider or not when registering.

Each class is a dynamic fusion of cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility training—all set to upbeat music that makes you forget you’re exercising! You’ll learn choreographed routines inspired by salsa, reggaeton, merengue, and more, helping you burn calories while improving coordination and endurance. Whether you’re new to dance or a fitness enthusiast, ZUMBA is the perfect way to energize your body and uplift your spirit.

Heart Saver First Aid class is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs the course completion card to meet employment, regulatory, or other requirements. This includes daycare workers/owners, OSHA-compliant factory employees, government office workers, teachers, etc. The general public is also welcome.

This course is a state-approved driver’s safety course for high school students ages 14 to 17. Students must complete 20 hours of classroom time, score 70% or higher on the final exam, and drive 5 hours with a driving test instructor, passing a driving test. Eligible students must obtain a valid learner’s permit. Students are only allowed to miss two classroom days and will have to complete homework and/or make up for the missed day. Makeup day to be determined. Students missing more than two classroom days will be dropped from the course, no refunds will be given.
