We’re back! Chef Kita’s Self-Care Saturday features lunch, vendors, a HUGE giveaway, and real talk on nourishing mind, body, and spirit. This year’s Self-Care Saturday is an intentionally curated experience designed to help women slow down, tune in, and care for themselves from the inside out. Over four thoughtfully paced hours, guests will explore topics that support mental, physical, and emotional well-being—including stress management, hormone health, nourishing food and movement, meditation, and the connection between diet and skin health. A featured podcast-style conversation will dive deeply into perimenopause and menopause, offering real talk, practical guidance, and space for questions. Guests will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch prepared by Kita’s Kitchen, along with time to connect and shop with an expanded lineup of wellness-focused vendors throughout the day. We’ll close the experience the same way we did last year—on a high note—with joyful movement and dancing, reminding us that self-care also includes laughter, release, and community. Expect to leave feeling informed, supported, nourished, and refreshed—mind, body, and spirit.
