This program is for foodservice managers and supervisory staff in any foodservice establishment. Kimberly Terrell, Seating is limited. Class begins at 9 a.m. and lunch will be provided. Exam will begin around 3:00 p.m. Certification is based on passing the ServSafe exam and satisfies the North Carolina food code requirement for a certified food protection person in charge. This is a one day review class with the written exam offered at the end of the review. It is important to study before the review session.
