Owner of Deep Woods Mushroom Farm, Greg will teach you how to inoculate your own oak log with edible shitake mushrooms! All supplies will be provided. Be sure your vehicle is equipped to take your log home! Expect logs to be approximately 3 ft long and 5-8' in diameter.
