Join us for a half-day women's retreat to reset, move your body, reconnect, and create a clear plan for 2026. Spring is the season of renewal and growth — the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and realign with what truly matters to you. This retreat creates space to step away from daily responsibilities and reconnect with your body, mind, and intentions for the months ahead. intentional movement, breathwork, journaling, reflection, and group coaching reflective walk around the lake with guided prompts uplifting movement creating space to breathe, reconnect, and move forward from a place of clarity and grounded energy By the end of the retreat, you’ll leave feeling calmer, more connected to yourself, and equipped with practical tools and a written plan to guide you through the rest of 2026. You’ll also experience the power of being surrounded by a supportive community of women who are showing up for themselves in the same way. Light refreshments and lunch will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a journal for reflection. Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and meaningful.

Decomposition, the natural decay of organic matter has been taking place on Earth for millions of years, and composting, is simply a human-made process to speed up decomposition - nature’s way of recycling nutrients. By bringing together the right ingredients, in the right amounts, you too can make nutrient-rich compost in your own backyard and enjoy the many benefits of composting, such as fertile soil, healthier plants, higher crop yields, lowered carbon emissions etc... This presentation provides a 60-minute overview of the basic art and science of backyard composting. Ages 16+ Registration requested.
