The 2026 Strength Works 3.0 Open Weightlifting Competition is a USAW Sanctioned Weightlifting Meet. This is a Weightlifting Competition for lifters of all ages and experience levels. This is an exciting event as we celebrate the opening of Strength Works 3.0! This will be the second event in our new building but the first time with the gym being fully built out.
