What's On in Woodbury

Home Stretch is an eight-hour homebuyer education workshop created to prepare class participants for the homebuying process. This engaging workshop is facilitated by expert volunteers from Washington County CDA employees, real estate agent, loan officer, and property inspector. Home Stretch is a requirement for most down payment and closing cost assistance and certain mortgage programs.
