Yoga for Nourishment with local instructor Nicole Shereé. Donation based, to benefit our Local Food Pantries. Marquette County food pantries. This event is part of a series, with additional classes to benefit the Lake Superior Watershed Partnership (May) and UP Land Conservancy (June). The Spring Seva Series is rooted in the idea that yoga extends beyond physical practice. All proceeds from each class will be donated to a partner organization, creating a tangible ripple of impact through community participation.

Prepare a full French menu in this hands-on cooking class. You'll learn to make crepes, peas à la Française, chicken cordon bleu, classic aligot, and a vibrant coulis. Designed for all skill levels, the class emphasizes teamwork and classic techniques central to beloved French cuisine.
