Join Registered Maine Guide, and Master Reiki Shaman, Mindy Smith for an introduction to five of Maine's more common natural remedies. This day will be focused on finding, gathering, reviewing and preparation of five of Maine's readily available natural remedies. Under the New Moon, it is a perfect time for harvesting and preparation with intention. We will walk around the Fox Hollow Homestead property gathering plant medicine and discussing uses, then return to the main area, have lunch and discuss preparation. Materials will be provided to prepare and start tincture on site, and you will be given instruction for other preparation and methods for home use. The plants we will focus on will be Raspberry Leaf, Birch Polypore, Turkey Tail, Old Man's Beard, and Chaga.
