Maternity Tour - A guided tour of the Clatanoff Pavilion, including Family Centered Maternity Care, visitor guidelines, birth practices, birthing suites, mother-baby rooms, NICU location, and Mother-Baby unit care. No one under 18 is allowed. Park in Garage C, check in at the Information Desk, and meet the tour guide in the lobby.
In Person Mini Birth Class. A condensed course touching on the labor and delivery process, warning signs, comfort measures, pain medications, induction of labor, Cesarean Section, and post-delivery care of mother and baby. You will also have a mini maternity tour of the unit.

In addition, attendees will learn about determining the right monitor for the job, configuration and use of docking stations, connected safety through various wireless communication networks, and leveraging iNet to maximize the success of your gas detection program. This is a Technician Level Certification Course, upon completion both a written and practical test will be administered to evaluate competency.
This program is designed for the expectant mother and her partner to prepare for the birth experience. Class includes information about the birth process, comfort measures, pain control and birth technologies such as induction, augmentation and cesarean birth. Postpartum recovery and newborn appearance and transitional care are addressed. This class meets for three hours, once a week for three weeks.

This training ensures that all participants will recognize the value of crucial information and teaches how to harness it in order to further develop the interview. By analyzing a series of video interviews with offenders, participants get a first-hand opportunity to understand how interview skills can be implemented and built upon.
