Discover the best events and make the most of your time in Sudbury. From cooking to music and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.
Farm to Table camp using local produce and from scratch recipes for ages 8-12. Does your child love to cook, or even just help in the kitchen? This summer camp will teach him or her kitchen safety along with basic knife skills, basic nutrition and kitchen hygiene. It will build confidence and excitement for trying new recipes. Classes run Monday through Thursday, 10.30-1pm. The students will prepare an entire meal and eat it for lunch before class ends each day. Appropriate for girls and boys ages 8-12. All recipes provided so that campers can continue to cook at home.

Come celebrate Earth Day with Boot Boutwell at Nobscot Scout Reservation in Sudbury. We'll begin with a brief overview of the history of Earth Day and a little poetry. Then we'll head out into the sanctuary to look for early blooming wildflowers and other cool plants. As usual, the walk will focus on plant ID and natural history about the plants we see.

Biweekly volunteer pull at Wolbach Farm. Drop in and work on invasives control at SVT's headquarters. There are ticks at this site, and poison ivy is present but avoidable in some work areas.

Explore Wolbach Farm on Mother's Day weekend with SVT Land Steward Sam Rogers. Mothers, children - all are welcome to join! We'll walk the loop trail and search for early season flowers.

Hear from Ethan Tapper, an internationally recognized forester, ecologist, bestselling author, and digital storyteller.

Join Sudbury Valley Trustees, Boston Birding Festival, and the Boxborough Birders for a morning of birding at Wolbach Farm!

Who's ready for Adventure? Join Karen Yeowell of the New England Orienteering Club for a two-hour introduction to orienteering class at Nobscot Scout Reservation. Orienteering is an outdoor navigational sport where participants use a map and compass to navigate through unfamiliar terrain to find checkpoints in a designated order. Karen has been teaching youth and adults how to navigate in the woods for over a decade as a scout leader and instructor for the New England Orienteering Club. Participants may bring their own compass if they have one, otherwise compasses and maps will be provided. Class will be entirely outside and will include some off-trail navigation. Sturdy footwear and long pants are recommended. Park in the day use lot at 1 Nobscot Road.
A cooking camp for budding chefs, or kids who want to learn the basics. Ages 8-12. This summer camp will teach kitchen safety along with basic knife skills, basic nutrition and kitchen hygiene. It will build confidence and excitement for trying new recipes.
