Shake, stir, and sip your way to cocktail mastery at the GLRP STANDARD in-person class! Join our GLRP CO Standard — Cocktail Technique Class! hands-on cocktail technique class. Participants will work in pairs at fully set stations and rotate roles, building classic gin-based cocktails while focusing on: proper mise en place, measuring and balance, ice selection and dilution, shaking and straining technique, glassware and garnish discipline. The class is designed for: hospitality professionals, people who host regularly, serious home bartenders, and anyone looking to tighten their fundamentals and work cleaner behind the bar. Format: 90-minute session, Small group (10 seats total), Hands-on, partner-based stations, Instructor-led correction and discussion. Location: 5 Amelia Dr, Nantucket, MA 02554. This is an instructional class. Drinks are built using a non-alcoholic gin alternative for training purposes. Seating is limited and capped at 10 participants.
