Join us for a NEW design! We’re piping mini buttercream florals on a white canvas with ruffled buttercream edges. Beginner friendly! I'm so excited to present a new design for my students to learn! In this class, students will use various piping tips and detail bags to create a floral and greenery border around the center of the cake. Students will also learn to apply and smooth a base coat of icing, add top and bottom borders. This class is perfect for anyone with minimal experience in cake decorating or art, or experienced bakers looking to polish up or learn a new technique! Each participant will decorate (and take home!) a 6in, 2 layer vanilla or chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. Participants will have all tools provided for them.
