Facial, breath and the nervous system are deeply interconnected: stress tightens fascia and shortens breath, while deep intentional breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, softening fascia, improving vagal tone, and promoting relaxation. Over time chronic stress can leave the fascia grid-locked and in need of therapies, techniques and habits that support deeper nervous system healing. Join us for a fascinating evening of facial therapy insights, tips, tricks and techniques for pain relief and healing.
