To maintain a secure environment, re-entry to the venue is strictly prohibited once admitted. In alignment with our commitment to safety, no weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, mace, or brass knuckles, are permitted inside the venue. Guests found with prohibited items may be denied entry or removed without a refund. Additionally, smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors, though designated smoking areas are available outside. For those driving to the venue, Manchester Music Hall offers a paid parking lot with clearly marked signage for easy navigation. We ask that guests park only in designated spots, as Manchester Music Hall is not liable for parking violations, towing, or damages incurred in or near our lot. Photography, video, or any form of unauthorized recording may be restricted at certain events. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation; please reach out to the ticket provider directly for any purchase-related concerns.
