Education Events in Newburgh

Join us at the 2026 STARTedUP Challenge southwest Indiana regional pitch competition! This year's Region 1 pitch competition will be hosted by Deaconess! During the event, ten southwest Indiana high school teams who have been carefully selected out of hundreds of competitors will share their innovative pitches and business ideas. We will be joined by government officials, business leaders, local innovators, educators, and family as the students pitch their businesses and compete to be one of the top ten teams in the state. The winning team will move on to compete at the STARTedUP Challenge Finals on June 12th. That top team will also travel for STARTedUP's INnovation Tour, receive thousands of dollars in scholarships, enter an exclusive alumni program, and pitch for the chance to win the first place prize of $25,000.
