Education Events in New Albany

This is a 3-day training to build the strong set of supervisory skills needed to provide guidance and support to the peer worker role. DMHA is providing an in-person, 24-hour Certified Peer Support Professional Supervisor Training. This in-person training will be held at THRIVE Recovery115 E Market St. Suite B // New Albany, IN 47150. This training will provide you with the peer supervision competencies that combine for effective supervision for both peer and organizational success. ALL days must be attended to be eligible for the certification. Lunch is on your own. To qualify for the training individuals must be certified as a peer from the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction's Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP) certification or ICAADA's Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CPRC) certification. Please bring paper and pen and a computer or iPad if you have one as we will be doing a lot of online exercises and activities and your manual is online.
