An opportunity to reconnect with yourself and spend a day in self-reflection and deep inner listening in a supportive group environment. The day will consist of guided and silent meditations, discussions and inquiry into the art of inner observation. Meditation cushions, chairs, and blankets are provided. Please leave your shoes on the shoe rack before proceeding into the space. Please refrain from wearing fragrances to maintain a neutral environment conducive to meditation. Please silence your phone.
