A 90 minute immersive break just for you, led by Kristin Eaton and Maria Rosner. Enjoy a playful flow, some grounding stretches & a little sound meditation to clear away any static from your naturally vibrant frequency! This experience is designed to cut through the noise of the day, the chatter in our heads. We’ll start with a playful, energizing flow to shake loose what’s been building - physically, mentally, emotionally. From there, we slow it down, softening the edges, creating space where perhaps you didn’t even know you needed it. Lean in, listen to the voice that listens to everything. Guided by sound, you’ll be carried into a full nervous system reset, a symphonic gong, chimes, and crystal bowls take you where effort dissolves, the mind quiets, and the body finally exhales. And when you do, everything changes. Move. Release. Receive. Reset.
