Explore your energy through a guided experience that combines aura photography with simple chakra-based practices. This session begins with an aura photo, which uses biofeedback-style technology to generate a visual representation of your current energetic state. Your image and report provide insight into patterns that may relate to your emotional and stress responses at the time of the scan. You will then be guided through a series of grounding practices, including breathwork, meditation, and light movement, intended to support relaxation and body awareness. Following the guided session, a second aura photo is taken to observe any visible shifts. This experience is designed to support awareness and reflection. Results from aura photography are interpretive and may vary from person to person.
