Join Frisian Farms for a class dedicated to Gouda cheese, a Dutch cow's milk delicacy. In this class, we will learn about the whole cheese-making process, from its inception to the final product. Frisian Farms Gouda begins with their cows and culminates in a diverse range of offerings, including fresh curds, flavored and smoked aged wedges, and Sneek- a robust wheel aged for 1,000 days. Cheese making is both an art and a science. We will learn about their production process and how Gouda is an important part of the food culture of this community. As always, we will enjoy a community meal together! 100% of your class fee directly supports local farmers!

Your event ticket includes our house greens salad with choice of dressing, a selection of entrée options, warm house breads and butter along with coffee, tea and iced water services. Additional beverages, starters, shared plates, entrée upgrades, and desserts are available for purchase and may be added during your dining experience. Are you ready to take the stage? Host and master of ceremonies extraordinaire Steve Berry brings his legendary theatre and rock chops to The Ingersoll for the most elite open mic night you have ever experienced. Backed by a stellar house band, Steve will bring the house down with his own music while picking out Iowas next big star each month.
