Join Frisian Farms for a class dedicated to Gouda cheese, a Dutch cow's milk delicacy. In this class, we will learn about the whole cheese-making process, from its inception to the final product. Frisian Farms Gouda begins with their cows and culminates in a diverse range of offerings, including fresh curds, flavored and smoked aged wedges, and Sneek- a robust wheel aged for 1,000 days. Cheese making is both an art and a science. We will learn about their production process and how Gouda is an important part of the food culture of this community.
