Join us in person for the 2026 2nd CFC Family Caregiver 5K – Walk, Run, Learn, Laugh! Join Us for the 2nd CFC Family Caregiver 5K - Celebrating History! Join us as we celebrate Black History and the Culture. Enjoy Black History trivia with live Black history characters, music and fun along the route. This fundraising event will provide care grants to family caregivers seeking respite care for their loved ones and support Charles R. Drew High School. Family Caregivers, family, friends and all please join us for this day of fun as we celebrate caregivers, enjoy exercise and practice self care with other family caregivers and award new care grants!! All ages are welcomed.
Addressing dysfunction, facilitating wellness... Men ages 16 & up are invited to join Speaker & Author, Dr. Paul Posey, as he offers a space for healing through confronting dysfunctional thinking and behavior, and facilitating wellness. This event will include dynamic speaking, interactive discussions, and activities. Prepare to leave differently then when you arrived!
