Slow down, breathe, and experience art in a whole new way. This four-part series invites you to use stillness and focused attention as a way to connect more deeply with the artwork and with yourself. Through simple mindfulness techniques, Maria Schaedler-Luera will help you notice more, feel more present, and appreciate art without the pressure of finding a “right” interpretation.

Join us for an exploration of finding peace within nature along a mostly silent walk. No prior experience needed. Recommended to wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring water and a portable chair or blanket to sit upon as we will stop to sit along the trail. Appropriate for ages 12-102.
