Charity Events in Maitland

The power in peer support is knowing there's people that care about you - come help us care on our community and show them some love! We're calling on the community to join us in a feel good volunteer day supporting Eva's Casita and other Peer Support Space resources! Join us on Sunday, March 22nd from 11AM-12:30PM at Maitland Community Park (Pavillion 2) as we gather to do tasks that help out Peer Support Space! Tasks include things such as handwriting letters from a 'stranger that cares' for welcome baskets at Eva's Casita, organizing our supplies, creating checkout bags, and more! Light snacks will be provided, extra food to share welcomed! Live DJ set provided by one of our very own Respite Peer Supporters, Robin Harris, also known as Mixxstress Soul Flo!
