Environment Events in Bradenton

Join Manatee County Natural Resources for a native planting event at Robinson Preserve’s south side. Volunteers will continue restoration work from January by planting beach sunflower and other native species that support pollinators, wildlife, and coastal resilience. Native plants play a critical role in erosion control and habitat health, making this a meaningful, hands-on way to support local ecosystems while enjoying time outdoors.

Teens can earn service hours while helping care for Perico Preserve through hands-on environmental projects and stewardship activities.
