The Western Honey Bee is extremely important to the environment and agriculture. Honey bees pollinate approximately 85% of all crops in Florida. Join us and learn the basics for your new apiary adventure! This workshop will teach you about: Beekeeping Laws and Regulations in Florida Common Beekeeping Tools The Biology and Common Diseases How to start as a beekeeper Live demonstrations And more Instructors: Luis O.
