Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida presents "Dr. Ouch!", a playful ballet in two acts choreographed by Vladimir Issaev. Based on the children's poems of Kornei Chukovsky, this whimsical story follows a kind doctor who journeys to Africa to help sick monkeys. Along the way, he and his friends are hilariously captured by a band of silly pirates led by the infamous Barmalei! With music by Morozov, Lecoque, and Kabalevsky, and vibrant costumes by Jorge Gallardo, this colorful production features professional dancers and young performers in a joyful ballet that's perfect for the whole family.
