Hide and Seek is a one-day gathering for adults who are tired of division and hungry for connection. Not through lectures. Not through therapy. Through what has always worked: play. We will run. And we will do it all at Whispering Oak - a serene two-acre oasis in Bear, Delaware, just 30 minutes from Wilmington . Inner balance isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you practice. From Saturday at 9:00 AM, in the peaceful surroundings of Whispering Oak Mansion, we begin to recalibrate. Through grounding yoga sessions, you’ll reconnect to your body as an anchor. Breathwork practices will help regulate emotional intensity and quiet mental noise. When the breath steadies, the heart follows. Guided meditations will teach you how to observe your thoughts without being pulled by them - like watching clouds pass across an open sky. Relaxation practices calm the nervous system so balance becomes physiological, not just conceptual. Thoughtfully designed social games and reflective partner exercises offer powerful insight. You’ll notice how your mind reacts in interaction - and how differently you respond when your body feels steady. Connection becomes clearer. Communication becomes softer. Creative time invites you to map what balance means in your life. Ceremonial elements help you anchor intention: calm thinking, grounded feeling, aligned action.
