This is an introductory course designed for operators and programmers new to Renishaw spindle probing cycles. Level 1 Probe Training Course Learn the fundamentals of machine tool probing and enhance the efficiency of your machining centers and lathes. This class will be taught on a Fanuc machine, but 90% of the course is control-agnostic. This course will cover the following topics: What is a probe and how does it function? How to perform first-time setup on a probe or replace a damaged stylus How to pair and calibrate a probe Calibration types and best practices How and when to configure trigger logic Introduction to Set & Inspect, GoProbe, and Reporter softwares Earn a Certificate of Completion from Renishaw at the end of the course.
