When addiction is present, family members often lose touch with what they need in an effort to help someone else. Boundaries become confusing, emotional, or hard to maintain—especially when they aren’t rooted in clear values. Rather than focusing on changing another person’s behavior, this workshop helps participants reconnect with what matters most to them—and use that clarity to guide healthier responses and decisions.
