What's On in United States Air Force Academy

This outreach experience is open to Spouses within the Special Operations Forces Community. Special Operations Forces Spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for an evening experience of reflection, resilience, and connection in honor of Military Spouse Appreciation Day. In a warm, controlled pool environment, scuba diving offers a safe and supportive space to develop breath control, awareness, and composure under pressure. As you descend, everything slows, breath becomes intentional, movement requires focus, and you must remain steady and fully present. Participants will learn to manage breath, maintain buoyancy, and stay calm as external pressure increases, building the ability to regulate, think clearly, and return to center in moments of stress. Through guided instruction and shared experience, this event cultivates awareness of breath, body, and environment, and the quiet confidence that comes from learning to stay grounded under pressure.
