ServSafe Manager provides the approved food safety training required by FDA Food Code for retail food establishments in Colorado. ServSafe® is a nationally recognized program developed by the National Restaurant Association, that provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to food service managers. Food Service Managers who need to be a certified food protection manager. The Colorado Retail Food Establishment Rules and Regulations state that “at least one employee per shift with authority to direct and control food preparation and service shall be a food protection manager who has been certified by an accredited program.” This course meets those needs. Class space is limited. Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
